Fourth Annual Ohio Lions State Auction

Proceeds form the Fourth Annual Auction will support the Ohio Lions Celebration of our Centennial in 2020.  The auction and Centennial Celebration is being coordinated by the Marketing & Communications Committee.

The rules and procedures of the auction are as follows:

• Only Lions can bid on these items, since it will be used to support the Ohio Lions Centennial Celebration.
   
• There is a minimum bid and a required unit of bidding increases. These where based on the suggested price of the item. Only bids meeting this minimum and done in the required unit will be accepted.
   
• The auction will start with the internet online bidding on this webpage.
   
• The auction will end with a live auction at the Ohio Lions State Convention on Friday, May 17, 2019 (after the Friday evening dinner)
  
  o Items or pictures of the item will be displayed at the convention, with a description of the item.
  o The online auction will be turned off at midnight on Thursday May 16, 2019.
  o Online bidders could continue to bid with a proxy bidder communicating with the absent bidder by cell, text, email, or other method.
   
• All items should be paid for by Wednesday, May 31, 2019 or if the payment is not postmarked on May 31, 2019 or earlier, the item will go to the 2nd highest bidder.
  
  o Checks should be written to “Ohio Lions Inc." with "M&C Auction" on the memo line.
  o Checks should be sent (postmark by May 31, 2019) or given to:
